Content Summary	Written in the second quarter of the 18th century, it is a work on the sini'l-'al-'Alam which is one of the sub-disciplines of Ahkām al-nujūm. It contains prophecies on universal issues such as the emergence and disappearance of dynasties, religions and sects, the emergence of epidemics, famine and prosperity, and natural disasters based on the conjunctions of the planets. The work includes the rise and fall of countries, sultans, beys, religions, sects and bid'ats; wars, their place and time, and even their victor; the emergence of epidemics, their damages and how they will be eliminated; natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods and storms and their consequences; the weather and the cheapness and costliness of food prices depending on it; abundance or scarcity.
